What can I do with a free hivi account?
Build your personal profile, import a CV, fill PDFs and paper forms (from photos), store files, use the Chrome extension on web forms, and approve document requests from businesses. Free includes 1 GB storage and 5 documents per month.
How secure is my data?
Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and stored on servers hosted in Canada. AI extraction runs on hivi infrastructure — not OpenAI, Google, or other third-party AI providers. Sharing is opt-in and per-field. Full trust page.
Do I need the Chrome extension?
No. You can fill PDFs, paper forms, and personal templates entirely inside hivi.ca. The Chrome extension is for autofilling web forms on external sites like job boards and rental portals. Use autofill on websites.
How does document sharing work?
When a service provider needs documents, they send a request through hivi. You review each requested field, approve with one tap, and the filled document is sent securely — no email attachments. When you receive a request.
What happens if I decline a sharing request?
Nothing is sent. You control every field. The requester only receives data you explicitly approve.
How accurate is AI extraction?
AI saves significant typing but can misread values or pick the wrong field. hivi treats every AI output as a draft — you review and confirm before anything is saved or sent. AI reliability notice.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete your account and all associated data anytime from account settings. Deletion is processed immediately. Your data & privacy.
Is hivi only for Canadians?
