How to fill a form from a photo

You can fill forms using a photo of your ID, passport, or another document in the hivi app when that option is available.

1. Open the document or form you need to fill in your account.
2. Choose Fill from photo or Scan document (exact labels depend on the screen you are on).
3. Take a clear photo of the document (or upload an existing image).
4. The system extracts text and proposes values for fields.
5. Review and edit every value, then submit or share only when satisfied.

Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For text you reuse on arbitrary websites, consider hivi autofill after your profile reflects the corrected data.
