Autofill Ontario Victim Quick Response

Apply for victim quick-response support without retyping your details

The Victim Quick Response Program+ (VQRP+) requires you to provide your name, address, and contact information as part of the intake process. This guide is an example of storing those repeating fields in hivi.

Official form and source

Start from the official Ontario source and always use the current version — programs and eligibility can change:

What this program is about

VQRP+ provides short-term financial assistance to eligible victims and survivors of violent crime for essential expenses in the immediate aftermath of a crime — such as emergency repairs, crime scene clean-up, or safety measures. Applications are made through and assessed by local victim service providers, not directly to the government.

Before you start: what to gather

  • Your full name, address, and contact details.
  • Details about the incident (type of crime, date, location if known).
  • The specific expenses you need help with.

Find a local provider through the victim services directory on ontario.ca.

How hivi makes it faster

  1. Store your personal details once. Save your name, address, and contact details in hivi.
  2. Autofill identity fields on intake forms. Use the hivi Chrome extension on any online intake form, or fill a PDF from your saved profile inside hivi.
  3. Provide incident and expense details yourself — these are specific to your situation.
  4. Work with the service provider through the rest of the process.

Why do it in hivi

Your name and address repeat across intake, application, and follow-up correspondence. Stored once in hivi — in Canada, with no third-party AI — each form starts mostly filled so you can focus on the situation at hand.
