Job Applications
Job Applications tracker
The Job Applications page is a lightweight CRM for your job search: one board per job search (for example “Spring 2026” or “Remote frontend”), with totals for interviews, offers, and rejections.
Turn it on
Turn on Job Applications Tracker under Settings → Extended features, then open Job Applications. If you had the page open in another tab while saving settings, refresh so the board loads with the feature on.
Job searches
Each search is a separate list with its own applications and stats.
- Use Switch Search to pick another search or create a new one with Create Search.
- The subtitle under the page title shows which search you are viewing.
Add and browse applications
- Click Add Application (or Add on small screens). Company and role are required; you can also set job link, salary, location, and source (for example LinkedIn or a referral).
- The table shows company, role, status, applied date, location, and salary. Click a row to open the full editor.
Filters and search
- Use the search box to match company, role, or location.
- Status chips summarize counts; tap one to filter the table, or All to clear.
Stats cards
The cards at the top summarize the active search: total applications, interviews, offers, and rejections.
Edit an application
In the Edit Application modal you can update:
- Status — pick from built-in stages (Draft, Applied, Screening, Interview types, Offer, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn) or add a custom status and apply it.
- Job link — copy or open in a new tab.
- Interview time and email reminder — optional
datetime-localfields; when you set an interview, a default reminder the day before is suggested for the reminder field. - HR name and HR contacts — keep recruiter details handy.
- Salary, location, and notes for follow-ups or interview prep.
