When you receive a request

Some regular users use other parts of hivi for months before a business sends the first request. Others work with a realtor, lawyer, clinic, or similar organization that uses hivi to collect specific information or documents.

What a request usually looks like

You may get an email or message that points you to hivi.ca. After you sign in, a request appears in your account with a list of items (fields to confirm, files to upload, or forms to complete). The sender defines what is required.

What you should do

  1. Read what is being asked and why (the business should explain deadlines and purpose).
  2. Provide only what you are comfortable sharing; ask the sender if something is unclear.
  3. Submit or approve through the in-app controls so there is a clear record.
