Keep your profile accurate

Autofill suggestions come from what is stored in your hivi profile. If the profile is stale, you will see outdated employers, an old phone number, or a previous address.

When to update

• New job, promotion, or gap in employment you want reflected on applications.
• Move or change of email / phone.
• New certification, license number, or link you reuse on forms.

How to update

Use the same areas of the app where you edit personal information and imported data. After a major life change, some people upload a fresh CV again and merge changes carefully instead of editing only piecemeal.

Habit that helps

Before a burst of applications (fellowship season, rental search, open enrollment), open your profile and skim it once. Small fixes there save time on every form afterward.

For anything else you store in hivi (scans in Files, notes, attachments), use the same reflex: when a school form, insurer, or employer asks for a detail you are unsure about, check hivi first—that is how the app becomes your reliable record as well as a shortcut for typing.
