Turn your CV into a job-application profile on hivi
Your CV is the source of truth for job applications — but copying from it into Workday or Greenhouse field by field wastes hours. hivi reads your résumé once and builds a structured profile you reuse everywhere.
How it works
- Upload your CV on the Import Your Profile page or from Getting Started.
- Review extracted employers, job titles, start/end dates, education, and contact details.
- Correct anything the parser missed — middle names, exact month/year boundaries, and Canadian postal codes matter for ATS filters.
- Autofill on employer sites with the Chrome extension.
Tips for Canadian job seekers
- Use month and year consistently (e.g. "Jan 2022 – Mar 2024") — many ATS forms validate date ranges.
- Add SIN-last-four or work-authorization answers only when a specific form asks; keep sensitive IDs in your profile notes, not in free-text summaries.
- Store multiple résumé PDFs in Files if you maintain English and French versions.
